FAQs
What are Monkey See Monkey Do Resources?
Monkey See Monkey Do Resources create practical visual communication resources designed to support children with communication, routines, learning, independence, regulation and participation in everyday life.
Our resources support routines, choices, transitions, learning, independence and new experiences across home, community, education and clinical settings.
Who are the resources designed for?
Our resources are designed for children who benefit from clear, consistent visual support. They can be used by families, carers, educators, support workers and health professionals in a range of everyday settings.
What makes Monkey See Monkey Do Resources different?
Our resources have been developed with real everyday use in mind. They were designed with input from a Speech and Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist and Early Childhood Educator, bringing together professional knowledge and practical experience.
We have focused on creating visual supports that are clear, practical and durable, while making it easy to choose resources based on the situations and environments where they are needed.
What is included with each collection?
Each collection includes the cards shown in that collection and one branded Monkey See Monkey Do lanyard.
Additional lanyards can be purchased separately if you would like to keep visual supports in different places, such as home, school, the car or therapy.
Can I use the resources alongside other communication supports?
Yes! Our visual supports can be used alongside other communication approaches and resources. They are designed to provide an additional visual way to support understanding, communication and participation.
